Village Information Network

Would you like to receive local news, and information received by the Parish Council, that may be of interest to villagers? For example - Planning Applications, Village Events, Roadworks or Closures.

If so, please forward your name, full postal address and email address to siteadmin@holme-next-the-sea.co.uk

The Terms relating to this Village Information Network are:

1. Email addresses will only be used for providing local news and also information received by Holme-next-the-Sea Parish Council which may be of interest to villagers.
2. No advice or recommendations regarding any information so provided will be included within the email.
3. The email database will be securely maintained and will only be used for the Holme-next-the-Sea Village Information Network and will not be passed on to any other user.
4. All communications will be sent using BCC so that email addresses are not visible to other recipients.
5. All information will be sent from a monitored mailbox. Any replied or comments received will receive attention.
6. Subscribers need to ensure that 'junk' or 'spam' filters allow for receipt.
7. To ensure continuity of service recipients need to advise of any change of email address.
